Metal Braces

Metal braces are made of high-grade stainless steel which makes them versatile and durable. Today’s braces are much smaller and more comfortable making them more attractive. This also allows you to customize by choosing from different colored elastics changeable every appointment.

Invisalign (No Braces)

The Invisalign System is a series of clear aligners generated using a computer. These gradually adjust your teeth to the desired positions, and they can also correct some bite problems. Ceramic Braces

Rather than gray or metallic silver brackets and wires, ceramic braces are made from a clear, translucent tooth-colored material. They are the most popular with our adult patients. They are barely visible on the teeth unless you look very closely.

Retainers

Some minor orthodontic problems can be corrected with retainers, whether it’s on the lower or upper teeth. These devices are also used to keep your teeth from moving after they have been straightened with braces.

Self-Ligating Brackets

This type of bracket utilizes sliding-door technology known as “self-ligation” allowing the wire to slide back and forth within the bracket. No elastic or steel ties are needed for these types of braces thus reducing discomfort.

This creates less friction and can result in more comfort for the patient. In addition, these braces can sometimes cut down on treatment time and the number of adjustments that need to&nbspbe performed.
